Marwa Shawky

Marwa Shawky is the Director of Seven Pillars International School in Egypt and an educational leader committed to advancing future-ready K–12 learning. She supports the integration of digital literacy, STEM, and life skills into everyday education, with a strong focus on teacher development and bridging learning gaps through data-informed support.

Marwa also serves as a Headquarters Team Member across a network of schools including Seven Pillars International School (Egypt), AIMS International School (Egypt), and Spectrum International School (Malaysia), and is the founder of the Leadership Hub, connecting and empowering school leaders across the region.
