Salma shalaby

Salma Shalaby is The Vice Director and FS Principal at Seven Pillars International School , renowned for her unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. With a strong focus on differentiated instruction and personal social-emotional learning, she believes that every student deserves a tailored approach to education that respects their unique needs and potential.

Moreover , Salma is  a key member of the Headquarter Leadership Team overseeing several schools within the organisation . Her responsibilities include ensuring the alignment of each school’s objectives with the overarching vision of the organization, overseeing the smooth establishment and integration of new schools into the group, ensuring they are adequately supported during their initial phases.

Salma  is also  a co-founder of the Leadership Hub, an initiative designed to empower educators and improve educational practices on a wider scale. 

In addition to her educational pursuits, Salma is a passionate cook. She often integrates her love for cooking into her educational programs, using culinary activities to teach students about teamwork, culture, and nutrition.
